We conducted user research to understand the needs of insurance companies, valuation firms, and policyholders. This informed the creation of intuitive user flows and interfaces tailored to each user group.

Conducted competitive benchmarking (e.g. TaskRabbit) to evaluate best practices.
Developed user personas and journey maps focusing on clients and task-masters.
Created wireframes for key screens: onboarding, service browsing, task bidding, booking confirmation, and ratings.
Built a high-fidelity mobile prototype in Figma, including responsive layouts and streamlined navigation.
