The Challenge
Fragmented Valuation Processes
Traditional asset valuation methods involve multiple stakeholders operating in silos, leading to inefficiencies and communication gaps.
Manual Scheduling and Data Entry
The reliance on manual processes for scheduling valuations and entering data increases the risk of errors and delays.
Lack of Real-Time Tracking
Stakeholders lacked visibility into the status of valuation requests, hindering timely decision-making.
Our Approach
User-Centric Design
We conducted user research to understand the needs of insurance companies, valuation firms, and policyholders. This informed the creation of intuitive user flows and interfaces tailored to each user group.
Integrated Scheduling System
Implemented a scheduling module that allows policyholders to book valuation appointments, with automatic notifications sent to valuation firms.
Real-Time Dashboard
Developed a dashboard providing stakeholders with real-time updates on valuation statuses, pending actions, and performance metrics.

A Centralized Valuation Platform
We built a platform where insurance companies, policyholders, and valuation companies can collaborate through one streamlined system.
Online & Offline Valuation Support
Valuations can be completed either online via a guided process with API integration or manually by visiting a valuation center, with both options connected in one place.
Real-Time Visibility & Notifications
Developed a dashboard providing stakeholders with real-time updates on valuation statuses, pending actions, and performance metrics.
Smart Request Validation
The platform automatically checks if uploaded photos meet the following standards:
Taken in the past 3 days
Not edited or filtered
Not sent via any social media platform
Users are guided with alerts if submissions don’t meet these standards.
